Senior Developer - MongoDB

Extensive experience in MongoDB engineering within large-scale, regulated banking or financial services environments, typically with 10+ years of relevant technology experience.

Proven capability delivering Change-the-Bank (CTB) initiatives including legacy modernization, Oracle-to-MongoDB migrations, cloud and platform transformations, and NoSQL re-architecture programmer.

Strong Run-the-Bank (RTB) experience supporting mission-critical applications, including performance tuning, production stability, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and resilience improvements.

Expert knowledge of MongoDB data modelling, NoSQL design patterns, indexing strategies, query optimization, replication, and high-availability configurations.

Hands-on experience integrating MongoDB with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based architectures across both new implementations and existing enterprise platforms.

Good understanding of enterprise data security controls including data masking, anonymization, encryption, and regulatory compliance requirements within banking environments.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with application development, DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, and platform engineering teams to deliver end-to-end technology solutions.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills in complex enterprise environments.
