Senior DevOps with Operations & Maintenance Engineer

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Good experience in operations, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux server administration in medium-to-large scale environments.
• Solid experience with at least one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or Tencent Cloud.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, system architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, operational tooling, or backend development.
• Experience with FastAPI, backend APIs, or microservices operations is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD best practices.
• Strong experience with monitoring, log analysis, and production issue diagnosis.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, middleware, and performance tuning.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SaaS products in large-scale production environments.
• Experience with OpenStack private cloud or hybrid cloud architectures.
• Experience in enterprise client delivery, private deployment, or technical consulting.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as WebLogic, WebSphere, and Tomcat.
• Relevant certifications in IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, or cloud platforms are a plus.
• Experience leading technical delivery for telecom, insurance, or large enterprise customers is highly desirable
