Senior Director, Enterprise Applications

Reports : CIO in US.

Location : Singapore

Current Technology : SAP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, WebMethods, Agile & among others.

Position Summary:

• The Senior Director, Enterprise Applications is responsible for all aspects of IT for the business areas, including strategy, planning, delivery, and the oversight of business services.
• The Senior Director will introduce highly innovative solutions and be passionate about user experience and delivering business value.
• This leader will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with the stability of working for a global, established, and growing technology company.

Requirements

• min 12 years of experience as a senior IT leader in a global business with scale.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, science and/or business management disciplines. An advanced degree would enhance the candidate's qualifications.
• Experience in a highly complex environment is required; those who have worked in the semi-conductor, technology or manufacturing industries will be given additional consideration.
• Large-scale strategy, project, and service delivery.
• Driving the implementation of both package solutions and custom development in a complex environment of continual change and transformation.
• Built and managed globally dispersed teams at scale, inclusive of both internal and external resources.
• Having managed teams of at least 100 resources.
