Job Description

Senior Director/Director Account Executive – APAC Regional Role Banking Financial Services Vertical

  1. The candidate will be part of the APAC BFSI Sales team and will own and run P&L responsibility for a large strategic accounts at      Capgemini Singapore
  2. >18 yrs of strong experience with IT Services -      Account Management in the BFSI Sector
  3. Should have managed a portfolio/account(s) size of > 18 Mn$ USD across customers
  4. Strong understanding of the account(s) P&L
  5. Sales or Account Management Experience across NextGen enterprises across Digital, Cloud, Big Data, Automation, Legacy      Modernization, AI/ML, Blockchain, IOT, 5G, Cybersecurity etc.
  6. Understanding of latest Technology Stack & trends  across Apps, Infra and Ops (RTB and CTB) IT Services
  7. Capability in building functional, technology and business product partnerships and alliances
  8. Ability to prospect, manage and maintain C-Suite relationships with clientele
  9. Strong Account Mining/Mgmt Experience required across      Hybrid IT deals – Applications + Infra + Ops
  10. Should be able to manage forecast accuracy within the BU
  11. Account Management with outcome of increased sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, new business growth and innovation will be monitored
  12. Should be able to run the Sales and Deal cycles end to end with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  13. Should have opened, run and closed deals of various contracting structures, pricing models and solutions
  14. Proven ability and focus on opportunity pipeline      movement till deal closure is critical
  15. Ability to strategize and manage deals with networking, market intelligence , solutioning & negotiation is essential
  16. End to end process & expectation management with various internal stakeholders like finance, legal, solutions, delivery,      HR, Recruitment etc.
  17. Maintain competitive knowledge and market intelligence
  18. Fiscal responsibility with regards to expense      management
  19. Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive      presence, sales acumen
  20. Proven experience building excellent client      relationships
  21. Self motivated individual who can drive account growth      by managing multiple stakeholders
  22. Excellent communication and C-Suite presentation skills
