Job Description - Customer Service Executive - Part-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration with other departments, including sales, technical support and product development, to ensure a unified approach to customer service and address customer needs effectively.
  • Customer Retention by fostering positive relationships and offering personalized solutions that meet their needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A level / Diploma / Bachelor
  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Empathy: Strong empathetic skills and the ability to understand and address customer concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, adjusting to new tools and processes as required.
  • Customer-Centric: Deep commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Basic know-ow in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
