Job Description - Senior End User Computing (EUC)

Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Permanent / Contract

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior End User Computing (EUC) / Desktop Support Engineer with over 10 years of enterprise IT support experience to provide advanced technical support across desktop, laptop, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and end-user infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with SCCM, JAMF, Windows and macOS environments, and a customer-centric approach in supporting enterprise users and VIP stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
  • Perform device imaging, deployment, configuration, migration, and upgrades using SCCM and related deployment tools.
  • Manage macOS devices including MacBook and iMac imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting using JAMF.
  • Support and troubleshoot printers, scanners, mobile devices (iOS and Android), and associated peripherals.
  • Provide remote and onsite support through tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Bomgar, and other remote access platforms.
  • Support Cisco IP telephony, Jabber softphones, and audio/video conferencing systems.
  • Conduct asset lifecycle management, including inventory tracking, deployment, retirement, and disposal.
  • Perform smart hands support for networking and infrastructure teams.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware maintenance, warranty claims, and equipment replacement.
  • Maintain accurate incident, service request, and change management records in ITSM platforms.
  • Deliver VIP and executive support services when required.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, operational procedures, and service management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
  • Strong experience supporting enterprise Windows and macOS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with:SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration ManagerJAMFActive DirectoryMicrosoft Windows 10/11Microsoft Office 365Cisco IP Phones and JabberRemote support tools (Bomgar, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhone and Android).
  • Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, deployment, and asset management processes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support regional or global users.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multinational enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to Lansweeper, AMDB, BigFix, or similar asset management tools.
  • Experience providing support in media, entertainment, financial services, or large corporate environments.
  • ITIL Certification preferred.
  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Nice to Have

  • Basic networking knowledge and smart hands support experience.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases, web technologies, or scripting.
  • Experience supporting security operations centers, command centers, or mission-critical environments.
