Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead integration and delivery of enterprise HR systems and technology platforms, coordinating across workstreams to ensure seamless system integration and successful project implementation throughout the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of enterprise HR systems, applications, and platforms across multiple workstreams to ensure cohesive functionality
• Coordinate activities related to system functionality, data migration, analytics, security, and system interfaces to meet project goals
• Manage and support project delivery throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely and quality outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to facilitate smooth implementation and system integration
• Conduct technical assessments, implement solutions, perform testing, deploy systems, and prepare for operational readiness
• Ensure compliance with ICT governance, security standards, and organizational policies to maintain system integrity
• Troubleshoot integration issues promptly and support continuous system improvements to enhance performance
• Apply knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments to optimize system deployment and integration

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Information Technology
• Experience in engineering delivery and project management across the SDLC lifecycle
• Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT governance and security policies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with enterprise HR systems such as SAP or Oracle HCM Fusion
• Strong coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to drive project success
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

• Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: $6,000 - $8,000 with competitive benefits package
