Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Senior Engineer to lead the delivery and implementation of enterprise HR technology solutions, managing full SDLC projects and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and implement enterprise HR technology solutions to meet business needs
• Manage and coordinate project activities across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including solution designs, test plans, deployment strategies, and operational readiness checklists
• Ensure all projects comply with ICT governance, security standards, and organizational policies such as IM8
• Participate in technical evaluations and solution assessments to select appropriate technologies and approaches
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout execution to maintain quality and adherence to requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Information Technology
• Proven experience in engineering delivery and project management across the SDLC lifecycle
• Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT governance and security policies
• Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud environments
• Strong analytical skills to assess technical solutions and project risks
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise application implementations
• Understanding of cloud-based enterprise platforms and system integrations
• Familiarity with procurement or vendor management processes

• Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: $6,000 - $8,000 with competitive benefits package
• Working Arrangement: Full Onsite
