JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Executive (Infrastructure and Security) who wants to use their technical expertise to empower the social service sector. In this role, you will not just maintain systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Secure & Maintain: Spearhead the holistic upkeep of our Azure and M365 environments, utilizing Fortinet solutions and SIEM tools to ensure secure, and uninterrupted daily operations.
Manage Vendor Excellence: Direct and govern external vendors, enhancing and managing strict KPIs for outsourced managed IT infrastructure and managed security services.
Lead Strategic Projects: Drive high-impact tech and cybersecurity initiatives from concept to completion, establishing robust, future-proof processes.
Provide Expert Advice: Serve as the internal trusted technical advisor, translating complex infrastructure and security needs into actionable solutions.
Amplify Social Impact: Optimize our technology ecosystem so our team can focus entirely on what matters most - serving the community.
Other Day to Day:
Tiered Support & System Health: Oversee multi-tier application and infrastructure support, swiftly resolving escalations and driving root-cause analysis.
Lifecycle Management & AI Deployment: Manage routine maintenance, patching, and the seamless deployment of new technologies, including AI-assisted system monitoring and automated deployment pipelines.
Project Governance: Steer end-users and stakeholders, ensuring stringent adherence to project timelines and successful task execution.
Continuous Improvement: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and training materials, empowering the team to maximize the utility of their technology stack.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.
Professional Experience:
o A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, desktop support, and application security.
o At least 1 year of demonstrated leadership in IT projects, with a preference for those focused on IT infrastructure and application security projects.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Windows Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Internet technology.
o Manage Microsoft Business Solutions related security before.
o Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and IT security.
o Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is a significant plus.
Certifications: Possessing Microsoft Certifications, especially with a strong background in Windows 10 and above, MS Office, and Microsoft Azure, will be favourable.
