Senior Full Stack Developper

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and cloud-native services. The successful candidate will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to deployment and production support.

The role requires strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and enterprise software development. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical excellence with leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications and microservices.
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces and scalable backend services.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
• Ensure software quality through testing, documentation, and engineering best practices.

Cloud & DevOps

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Support cloud-native and containerized applications.
• Monitor and improve application performance, reliability, and security.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor junior engineers and promote development best practices.
• Support troubleshooting of production issues and critical incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement and technical innovation initiatives.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS, analytics, or cloud-based solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Frontend

Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux or similar state management, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS

Exposure to: Storybook, Design Systems, Micro Frontends, React Native

Backend

Strong experience with:, Node.js, NestJS, ExpressJS, REST APIs, GraphQL

Experience with one or more: Java / Spring Boot, Python, .NET, Go

Databases

Strong experience with: PostgreSQL

Exposure to one or more: MongoDB, MySQL, MS SQL Server, DynamoDB, Firebase

Cloud & DevOps

Experience with: AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

Exposure to: GitHub Actions, AWS, Azure, Jenkins, TeamCity, ArgoCD, GCP, Cloudflare, Vercel

Quality & Testing

Experience with automated testing and code quality practices, including exposure to: Jest, Cypress, Playwright, React Testing Library, Unit
