Senior HR ABAP Developer (Ref 26525)

Responsibilities

• Design, development, enhancement, and support of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors-related custom developments

• Develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW objects)

• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM data structures and Infotypes

• Experience with payroll-related developments and reporting

• Experience integrating SAP S4/HANA with SAP SuccessFactors

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects

• Familiarity with HR data migration tools and methodologies

• Strong expertise in BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, IDocs, RFCs, ALE"

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology etc

• More than 6 years relevant working experiences

• Possess strong SAP HCM technical development skills, ability to develop HR-related ABAP objects for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors and Payroll
