SENIOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR

Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of IT strategy, governance, and enterprise architecture to drive scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions. Manage cybersecurity, digital transformation, budgets, and vendor relations while building high-performing teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Formulate multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and establish governance frameworks and IT policies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Oversee the design and integration of systems, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise software (e.g., CRM, ERP) to ensure scalability, security, and interoperability across the organization
• Lead the development and enforcement of cybersecurity frameworks, data protection measures, and robust Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities to mitigate risks
• Drive the adoption and integration of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and data analytics, to enhance business processes and innovation
• Manage annual IT capital and operational budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize technology investments to maximize return on investment (ROI)
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technical teams comprising software engineers, network administrators, and project managers to deliver technology solutions effectively
• Collaborate with C-suite executives, department heads, and board members to communicate technology risks, project progress, and future investment plans, influencing strategic decisions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• 10+ years of progressively responsible IT experience, including proven senior IT leadership roles
• Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, PMP, and cloud computing or enterprise architecture credentials are highly desirable
