Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst - Network, Server, Storage & AWS Infrastructure

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join our Corporate IT team. This role is ideal for an infrastructure professional with deep expertise in Networks, Servers, Storage, CMDB, Infrastructure Security, and AWS Cloud Operations.
The ideal candidate is technically hands-on, governance-oriented, comfortable working in a regional and offshore support model, and eager to continuously expand skills in cloud infrastructure and enterprise technology platforms.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, governance, and continual improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure services across multiple locations within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Operations Management:
- Manage and support enterprise infrastructure environments covering network, server, storage, monitoring, and related operational platforms.
- Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and operational stability of infrastructure services across the APAC region.
- Perform incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and resolution of complex infrastructure issues.
- Support infrastructure lifecycle management, technology refresh, and capacity planning initiatives.
CMDB & Asset Management
- Maintain CMDB governance and ensure the accuracy of infrastructure asset and configuration data.
- Support configuration management, audit compliance, and infrastructure documentation standards.
Tanium Platform Administration
- Administer and support the Tanium platform for endpoint visibility, asset management, vulnerability management, and compliance monitoring.
- Partner with global and regional teams to optimize platform usage and support security remediation activities
Infrastructure Security & Governance
- Support infrastructure security operations, vulnerability remediation, patch governance, and risk management activities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and support internal and external audit requirements.
- Investigate and coordinate the resolution of infrastructure security incidents within established timelines.
Cloud Infrastructure
- Support AWS cloud operations and contribute to cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to support hybrid cloud environments and operational best practices.
Vendor & Service Management
- Coordinate with vendors, managed service providers, and offshore support teams to ensure effective infrastructure service delivery.
- Monitor service performance, participate in operational reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation & Collaboration
- Maintain operational procedures, standards, technical documentation, and runbooks.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders, project teams, and offshore teams to ensure successful service delivery and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications &Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure operations and support.
- Strong hands-on experience in network infrastructure, Windows/Linux server administration, enterprise storage, and infrastructure security .
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing AWS cloud environments in production.
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with CMDB, configuration management, and IT service management processes.
- Experience with Tanium platform administration is preferred.
- Experience working in multinational organizations and collaborating with regional/offshore support teams.
Technical Skills
Infrastructure &Network
Enterprise Networking
Provide L2 network support and serve as the escalation point for complex network incidents, ensuring timely resolution and service availability.
Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless LAN, VPNs (SD-WAN, IPsec, SSL), and platforms such as Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, F5, and VeloCloud.
Perform proactive network maintenance, health checks, performance optimization, firmware upgrades, and patch management to maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing network operations.
Server Administration
Windows Active Directory, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
RedHat, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux
Scripting such as PowerShell, Shell are added advantages.

- Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
Cloud & Automation
- Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
- Automate infrastructure and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, and scripting tools, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency.
- Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms is an advantage.
Security & Service Management
- Infrastructure security, vulnerability and patch management.
- Audit, compliance, and IT governance controls.
- ITIL framework and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management).
- CMDB governance and vendor/service management.
