Senior Integration Engineer (Team Lead – Linux & Networking)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Integration Engineer to lead a technical team in delivering complex integration projects.This role combines hands‑on expertise in Linux and networking with leadership responsibilities, ensuring seamless inter operability across mission‑critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers,driving technical excellence and delivery accountability.
• Architect, configure, and maintain secure,scalable network infrastructures across diverse environments.
• Administer and optimize Linux servers, ensuring performance, resilience, and hardened security.
• Integrate applications, subsystems, andplatforms into cohesive, reliable solutions.
• Troubleshoot advanced connectivity, latency, and interoperability issues with precision.
• Implement automation frameworks and DevOpspractices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align integration outcomes with business objectives.
• Document integration processes, standards, and best practices for long‑term scalability

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in systems integration or infrastructure engineering, delivering complex real‑timesolutions.
• Strong expertise in Linux/Unix administrationand Windows/virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP,UDP, DNS, SNMP) and cybersecurity fundamentals (LDAP, PKI, AD).
• Hands‑on experience withscripting/automation (Python, Shell, Ansible) and DevOps pipelines (Jenkins,CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes).
• Skilled in troubleshooting with tools like Wireshark and infrastructure monitoring suites.
• Proven leadership in guiding technical teams,with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
