Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

A Singapore-based organization operating in the technology and business services space, the company provides tailored solutions to support clients’ digital transformation and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain end-to-end IT infrastructure, including network, systems, and cloud environments.
• Manage enterprise network components such as firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs, network access control (NAC), and load balancers.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and storage systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and hybrid identity environments (Active Directory and Entra ID).
• Implement security best practices, including system hardening, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance controls.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and availability using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Participate in incident response, perform troubleshooting, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
• Manage IT service management (ITSM) processes, asset lifecycle, and vendor coordination.
• Provide Level 1/2 End-User Computing (EUC) support when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure and/or network engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in networking technologies, including firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs, and NAC.
• Solid experience with Windows and Linux systems, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Proven experience in system hardening, patch management, and compliance implementation.
• Familiarity with technologies and platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, Microsoft 365, and VMware.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to perform effective root cause analysis.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, RHCE, VCP, MCSE) are an advantage.
