Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Group Senior IT Manager to lead application development, system integration, and IT lifecycle management across the organisation. This role bridges strategic direction with operational execution, translating business needs into scalable and secure technology solutions that support our ITAD and e-waste recycling operations. You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation, ensuring systems are aligned with business objectives, and delivering high-performance, integrated platforms that enhance operational efficiency and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
Execute application and data platform strategies aligned with IT and digital roadmap
Translate business needs into scalable, efficient system solutions
Support IT governance and best practices implementation
Application Development & Management
Lead design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications
Manage full application lifecycle from development to support
Drive continuous system improvements and enhancements
System Integration & Digital Platforms
Ensure seamless integration across ERP, MES, logistics, and recycling systems
Support digitalisation and automation initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure unified system architecture
Data Governance & Analytics
Ensure data integrity, security, and availability
Support implementation of data governance frameworks
Enable analytics and reporting capabilities for business insights
IT Project & Operations Management
Manage IT projects from planning through execution and delivery
Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Oversee incident management, system performance, and SLA adherence
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage external vendors, contracts, and service performance
Optimise cost efficiency while maintaining service quality
Work closely with internal stakeholders across functions and regions
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop IT teams to build a high-performance culture
Drive continuous improvement and capability development
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum 8–12 years of relevant IT experience, including application and systems management
Proven experience leading enterprise system implementations and IT teams
Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and system integration
Experience with ERP, MES, and business systems environments
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern digital frameworks
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
Exposure to tools such as Jira, Figma, DevOps platforms, or similar
Understanding of cybersecurity practices and IT governance
