Our Client is a market leader within their industry. With massive investments in IT,   they are now looking for a new Senior IT Manager / Associate Director / Head of IT to manage the IT team.

About the job 

Your responsibility involves:

• Providing thought leadership for the internal IT (Infrastructure & Application) team
• Providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap. This includes driving IT digitisation initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation.

• Manage IT projects, including planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Establish clear IT and Technology-related policies/guidelines and processes to safeguard data integrity and governance

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have:

At least 7 years of Managerial experience for a sizeable IT team.

Strong stakeholder management at C-level with exceptional influencing skills to gather buy-in from various business stakeholders.

Candidates should have proven track record in IT infrastructure / Servers / network and application/ERP

Candidates with proven track record in designing roadmaps /IT strategy will be of added advantage. 

 Exposure to ISO 27001 will be of added advantage.
