Job Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain and monitor IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Support the development, testing, implementation, and enhancement of internal systems and technology solutions.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, technology rollouts, and business continuity/disaster recovery activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Prepare technical documentation, operational reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support governance and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to digitalisation, automation, and process improvement initiatives while staying current with emerging technologies and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, or related field
• At least 10 years experiences within the industry
• Experience in IT business analysis, solution development and testing
• Possess good service attitude, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiples tasks/projects
