Senior Java /.NET Solution Architect & Technical Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect / Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of mission-critical enterprise applications. The successful candidate will drive architecture, technical governance, AI-assisted software engineering, cloud-native modernization, DevSecOps adoption, and engineering excellence while leading high-performing delivery teams.

The role requires strong experience in Java and/or Microsoft .NET ecosystems, modern cloud-native architectures, secure software engineering, AI-powered development tools, and delivery within highly regulated government environment

Mandatory Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.

* 12–18+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.

* 5+ years as Solution Architect or Technical Lead.

* Experience leading enterprise-scale government or regulated industry projects.

* Hands-on coding capability (not purely managerial).

* Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
