Senior Manager or Manager – Corporate Strategy Insurance India Market

​As a Corporate Strategy Manager or Senior Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives that enhance our competitive position and deliver long-term value. You’ll analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional projects that drive business impact. India experience needed.

​Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine corporate strategy aligned with business objectives

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking

• Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and business models

• Lead strategic projects from ideation through execution

• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning

• Collaborate with business units to drive strategic initiatives and performance tracking

• Prepare high-impact presentations for executive leadership

​What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, in insurance with India experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Familiarity with insurance markets, products, and regulatory landscape is a plus
