Role Overview
DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Manager – Partner Alliances & Offerings to lead and grow strategic technology alliances and joint offerings in Singapore. This role will own end‑to‑end partner strategy, governance, joint GTM execution, and revenue growth while serving as the primary interface between and its key global and regional partners.
The role combines alliance leadership, offerings development, and GTM execution, with strong exposure to global stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alliance Leadership
Cultivate and manage large‑scale, strategic alliances with global and regional technology partners.
Define and own the partner charter, value proposition, growth strategy, success metrics (KPIs), and governance model.
Act as the voice of DXC to partners and partners to DXC, driving alignment, adoption, and execution across regions.
Manage executive sponsor relationships and formal governance structures.
Offerings& Go‑To‑Market (GTM)
Establish and execute sell‑to, sell‑with, and solution‑led GTM strategies aligned with partner capabilities.
Drive joint solution development and offerings lifecycle management.
Champion joint sales programs in collaboration with APAC and global counterparts to accelerate pipeline growth.
Promote partner enablement programs, tools, and assets to DXC sales and delivery teams.
Revenue, Pipeline & Performance
Own indirect and co‑sell pipeline creation and revenue targets for assigned partners.
Track deal registrations, certifications, incentives, and partner performance metrics.
Analyze, forecast, and report on alliance performance and market impact.
Champion initiatives to strengthen DXC’s market standing and partner scorecard position.
Cross‑Functional& Global Collaboration
Build and lead high‑performing extended virtual teams across sales, solutioning, marketing, and delivery.
Drive internal awareness, alignment, and interlock through structured communication and outreach.
Manage escalations, issue resolution, and contractual or operational challenges in partnership execution.
Contracting & Compliance
Support and participate in contract negotiations and amendments.
Ensure contractual compliance and alignment to joint business objectives.
Leadership& Capability Building
Provide leadership, mentoring, and work guidance to less experienced alliance and offering team members.
Independently identify and launch new initiatives to grow the alliance portfolio.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
12–15+ years total experience in IT services, consulting, business development, or alliance leadership.
6–8+ years in strategic partner or alliance management roles.
