As a Business Transformation Consultant with expertise in Data Analytics, you will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them define their data and cognitive computing strategy. You will design and develop the business architecture of cognitive solutions, ensuring they align with the client's business functional requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Define Client Requirements: Translate client needs into analytics and technical specifications for implementing cognitive computing solutions, ensuring proper translation of business requirements into solution requirements.

• Establish Key Metrics: Develop and establish key metrics to measure the success of cognitive computing programs, aligning with client business objectives.

• Lead Cognitive Computing Programs: Lead the process and organizational aspects of cognitive computing programs, ensuring governance and alignment with client goals.

• Develop Use Cases: Develop use cases for cognitive applications independently or in consultation with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry or domain area.

• Train Cognitive Systems: Filter and select structured data and unstructured content for input into cognitive systems, train cognitive systems, and establish the ground truth for cognitive engagement systems.
