Senior Product Designer (IT Industry)

To lead user-centered design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to delivery and post-launch iteration, while coaching client teams to build lasting design capability. In this consultancy role, you champion user needs, design at scale, and enable others to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, field studies) to uncover real needs.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable findings that guide product direction.
• Lead end-to-end design across cross-functional teams, applying systems thinking for scalable solutions.
• Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to align stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops (journey mapping, co-creation, design critiques) to drive collaboration and decisions.
• Present to senior stakeholders and lead alignment sessions.
• Coach and mentor designers through pairing and tailored development.
• Foster a safe, feedback-driven culture that elevates design quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience across the full design lifecycle in consultancy or client-facing roles.
• Strong capabilities in research, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and iteration.
• Proven experience coaching and developing designers.
• Expert in Figma; proficient in prototyping tools and design systems.
• Skilled in Design Thinking, JTBD, Service Design, and inclusive design (WCAG); data-informed approach.
• Bonus: Experience with SG Gov Design System (SGDS), SHIP-HATS, or Singapore Government projects.
