Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking for a highly qualified senior project manager to lead and manage technology projects that align with the Company’s strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, proven experience managing large-scale technology projects, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery. This role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to ensure innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end project management lifecycle for technology development, implementation, and maintenance projects to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, conduct thorough analysis, and recommend logical solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization.
• Lead a team of professionals in defining, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting projects. Ensure the team's efforts align with organizational goals.
• Evaluate organizational needs and design solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and member convenience.
• Ensure the smooth operation, reliability, and availability of critical operational and business systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT project-related inquiries.
• Develop, implement, and enforce industry best practices and standards for project management.
• Plan and manage budgets for all projects development.
• Contribute to the development of strategies that align with the broader organizational goals, driving technological innovation and efficiency.
• Perform additional leadership and strategic responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Computer Science and relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in project management.
• Strong understanding in technology methodologies, and applications.
• Excellent verbal communication skill to liaise with international clients.
• Regional experiences is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and conflict resolution abilities.
