Job Description

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our AI Product group. You will conform to high standards of planning and management, working in a cutting-edge, dynamic and professionally challenging environment.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of Vision AI Software Projects/Programs in Singapore and other countries as well as managing (indirectly) technical and operational team members:

• Acting as a single point of contact for assigned projects
• Lead the project planning, resourcing and scheduling, define project tasks and milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, and provide timely reports on project status and activities
• Oversee requirements gathering and validation, solution development and testing, deployment, UAT and solution commissioning
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, partners and other stakeholders
• Assist overseas project manager counterpart (in EST time zone) with project delivery.
• Involved in the Pre-sale and Sale stages
• Optional: Manage/Guide PM Intern

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Engineering/Project-Management
• Scrum Master and/or PMP certification (Mandatory)
• At least 4 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably with external customers, at the scale of either: 4 or more man-years / at least $250K budget
• Experience in delivering projects/programs with multi-phases and compressed time frame.
• Experience with vendors and partners management
• Innovative, motivated and a quick learner
• Ability to work well in a team and take end-to-end ownership of activities
• Attention to detail, curiosity, and passion for technology
• Bonus: AI-related technical background/experience with software development

Due to the nature of the role, the position is considered for candidates who are only based in Singapore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,500.00 per month
