Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in Temenos implementation and core banking transformation programs. The ideal candidate must have proven experience leading end-to-end Temenos implementation projects and managing large banking technology engagements across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.

Mandatory Requirement

• Candidate must have prior experience managing end-to-end Temenos implementation projects.
• Strong exposure to Temenos Transact (T24) implementation, migration, upgrade, rollout, and integration programs is mandatory.
• Experience working with banks or financial institutions in APAC/Middle East regions preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Temenos implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation programs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgeting, governance, risk management, and delivery execution.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, client leadership, architects, technical teams, QA teams, and vendors.
• Drive project planning, milestone tracking, resource management, and executive reporting.
• Oversee requirement gathering, solution discussions, SIT/UAT coordination, go-live planning, and post-production stabilization.
• Manage onsite and offshore delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to banking compliance, audit, and security standards.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
• Support presales, estimations, proposals, and client discussions when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong Banking & Financial Services domain exposure.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience managing Temenos implementation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering successful Temenos core banking transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Temenos Transact (T24) architecture and banking operations.
• Experience in retail, corporate, private, or digital banking implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience managing large onsite-offshore delivery teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware integrations, and digital banking ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, Jira, MS Project, and governance reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.
• Temenos certification is an added advantage.
• Prior experience managing banking transformation projects in Singapore or APAC region preferred.
