Senior Research Manager

Aspire is hiring for an APAC Research Manager, to lead regional research delivery within a fast growing digital infrastructure and data led business.

This is a high-impact role responsible for managing research across APAC, leading a team of analysts, and ensuring high quality, commercially relevant market intelligence.

You will work closely with commercial, product, and senior leadership teams to translate market data into meaningful insights that support client engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage research delivery across APAC, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness
• Oversee regional research planning, prioritisation, and execution
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts
• Ensure research outputs are commercially relevant and aligned to business needs
• Act as a key partner to commercial teams, supporting client conversations and insights
• Collaborate with product and operations to improve data, workflows, and output quality
• Support client-facing activity including presentations, insights, and market discussions
• Contribute to regional reports, thought leadership, and market commentary
• Drive continuous improvement in research processes and regional coverage

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in research, market intelligence, or data led analysis
• Background in digital infrastructure, data centres, or a related sector would be a plus
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering high-quality research outputs
• Strong understanding of how research supports commercial and product functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a regional scope
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confidence in client-facing environments
• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Experience working across APAC markets is highly advantageous
