Senior Sales Manager

Description

1. Prospect relentlessly — builds and works your own pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, events, and referrals.
2. Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
   Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets. That is the scoreboard.
3. Identify and qualify opportunities across various segments throughout APAC.
   Develop a sharp understanding of client pain points around regulatory compliance, AML, and operational risk — and position our solutions accordingly.
4. Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Product teams to deliver compelling, tailored demos and proposals.
5. Maintain clean, accurate pipeline records in the CRM — forecast with discipline.
6. Feed market intelligence and client feedback back to the Product and Marketing teams.

Requirement

1. 8 – 12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or partnerships, preferably within RegTech, FinTech, SaaS, Compliance, Risk Management, Payments, Banking, or Digital Assets industries.
2. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas and new business targets.
3. Experience managing the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
4. Prior experience selling to financial institutions, fintech companies, payment providers, digital asset firms, or regulated businesses is highly preferred.
5. Experience working across APAC markets is an advantage.
