Senior System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis, requirements gathering, process modelling, and solution design for new and existing applications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between internal and external systems.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business and quality requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Monitor system performance and drive improvements in reliability, security, and scalability.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and system integrators to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, IT project delivery, or related roles, preferably in large enterprise or public sector environments.
• Experience managing the full SDLC, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and object-oriented/web application development.
• Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
