Senior System and Security Architecture

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network and system infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance

• Provide L2 and L3 support for business-critical systems

• Monitor system alerts and logs, and take appropriate corrective actions

• Ensure network security across LAN, WAN, and internet environments

• Support day-to-day operations of AWS cloud environments

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver IT projects on time and within quality standards

• Manage vendor relationships, including service coordination, contract discussions, and performance tracking

• Assist to prepare and manage Capex and Opex of ITSM systems

• Maintain system documentation, asset inventory, and operational records

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

• Support Microsoft 365 administration, including email, SharePoint, and security

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in IT security , network engineering or system architecture

• 2-3 years of project managment skills

• Strong team leadership skills

• Strong technical expertise in cloud patforms (AWS, Azure), network protocols, security tools (firewalls, EDR), and operating system

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or cloud certification (eg AWS & Azure Cloud Architect) are highly preferred

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and vendors

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
