Senior Technology Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technology Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex telecom transformation solutions. This role focuses on OSS/BSS architecture, ensuring scalable, integrated systems that support business and operational outcomes. You will work across cross-functional teams to shape solution strategy and drive continuous innovation across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and customer requirements into end-to-end architectural solutions for telecom transformation initiatives

• Lead the design, governance, and implementation of complex OSS/BSS systems across integrated application landscapes

• Define and maintain the technical roadmap to support evolving cross-functional operational processes

• Evaluate and design scalable architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices

• Drive integration strategies across OSS/BSS platforms, middleware, APIs, and third-party systems

• Provide technical leadership in architecture decision-making for large-scale transformation programs

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions

• Ensure solutions meet performance, resilience, and reliability requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in OSS/BSS domain within telecom transformation initiatives

• Strong expertise in designing and owning end-to-end technical and solution architecture

• Hands-on experience with telecom platforms such as Oracle OSM, UIM, MetaSolv, OSS Smart, or Workforce/Field Service Management systems

• Experience in application design, configuration, development, and system integration

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system scalability, and performance considerations

• Experience integrating systems using APIs (SOAP/REST), messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, AMQ, SQS), and databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL)

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of infrastructure components including storage, compute platforms, and middleware

• Knowledge of high availability, load balancing, and disaster recovery design principles

• Experience working with cloud or distributed systems environments

• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership capabilities
