Senior/System Administrator

The System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Company's IT systems, servers, networks, and user accounts to ensure smooth and secure daily operations. The role also provides technical support to users and assists in implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, hardware, and software.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, system access, and permissions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
• Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Maintain IT security by applying updates, patches, antivirus, and security policies.
• Support the setup and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system records.
• Coordinate with external vendors for system maintenance and technical support when required.
• Provide IT support to employees and assist in resolving day-to-day technical issues.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in system administration or IT support.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization technologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with backup, cybersecurity, and endpoint management solutions is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
