Service Delivery Manager

Lead the onboarding and management of cloud-based managed services for sovereign and highly regulated environments, ensuring security, compliance, vendor performance, and scalable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and onboard third‑party cloud and managed service solutions
• Lead technical and commercial evaluations covering architecture, security, scalability, and regulatory compliance
• Define service designs, operating models, and SLA/OLA frameworks
• Manage strategic technology vendors and oversee service performance and lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, data sovereignty, and security standards
• Collaborate with cloud architects, engineering, operations, and customer teams
• Provide advisory on emerging cloud technologies and vendor landscape
• Support solutioning and pre‑sales activities where required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in IT consulting, managed services, cloud platforms, or vendor management
• Strong experience in private, hybrid, or sovereign cloud environments
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
• Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, ITSM, ITIL, security frameworks, and data sovereignty
