Service desk Analyst

Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and user access issues via calls, emails, and ticketing systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT incidents, escalating complex issues to relevant support teams when necessary.

Fresh graduates are welcome candidates with internship exposure in IT support or infrastructure will have an added advantage.

NITEC, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Infrastructure, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Good communication skills, customer-service orientation, and willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.

Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, networking, or ITIL concepts will be advantageous.
