Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and user access issues via calls, emails, and ticketing systems.

NITEC, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Infrastructure, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, networking, or ITIL concepts will be advantageous.
