ServiceNow Delivery Lead

Job Description:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design innovative and effective ServiceNow solutions that address business challenges and drive value.
• Ensure that delivered solutions meet quality standards, adhere to best practices, and align with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent delays or escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
