ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Singapore. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform

- Collaborate with end-users, business analysts, and systems analysts to determine features, requirements and solution design for ServiceNow development.

- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and UI policies

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the platform

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions

- Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices

Requirements

- 5-7 years of ITSM, ITAM (Optional) background with strong scripting knowledge

- Scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS;

- Write, debug, and maintain the scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.)

- Strong technical knowledge in REST and SOAP integrations

- Must be good at design and implementing the Work Flows, Flow Designers and Service catalogues

- Strong Service portal experience

- Strong ITIL process experience

- Data import and manipulation using tools like Import Sets and Transform Maps.

- Solution development in a DevOps environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Experience with Agile development methodologies

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Good to have Certification: CIS ITSM / CSA / SCD / SCAD
