ServiceNow ITAM Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Consultant to implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires strong expertise in asset lifecycle management, platform customization, and delivering scalable solutions aligned to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions on ServiceNow
• Manage asset lifecycle processes including procurement, tracking, and optimization
• Configure and maintain HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM (Software Asset Management) modules
• Design and implement workflows and automation for asset management processes
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementation, testing, and deployment
• Develop reports and dashboards for asset tracking and analytics
• Troubleshoot platform issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile delivery environments

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Location: Singapore
• Eligibility: Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM implementation and support
• Strong expertise in HAM, SAM, CMDB, and asset lifecycle management
• Experience in workflow configuration and platform customization
• Experience with integrations, reporting, and dashboards
• Good understanding of Agile delivery environments
