4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant with expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management implementations.

Strong knowledge of CMDB, MID Server configuration, infrastructure monitoring, cloud discovery, and integration with third-party monitoring tools.

Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, workflow customization, implementation, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, troubleshooting, automation, and performance optimization within the ServiceNow platform.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in Agile and cross-functional environments.
