Experience

• Total Experience: 7–8 years of proven experience delivering application development projects.

• Domain Expertise: At least 4 years of dedicated experience working with ServiceNow within enterprise or government environments.

Key Skills

• Project Management: Agile project management, backlog management, and release planning.

• Governance & Compliance: Ensuring project alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engagement & Analysis: Stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and driving solution adoption.

• Documentation: Comprehensive technical and functional documentation.

Technical Knowledge

Experience or familiarity in any of the following ServiceNow modules/tools:

• Modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, IRM

• Platform Tools: App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM or CIS-HRSD)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
