Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications to enhance customer service operations and automate business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and integration with third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable applications using Salesforce platform technologies, including OmniStudio, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
• Automate and streamline business processes by leveraging low-code/no-code Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and App Builder
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Enhance customer service operations within Salesforce Service Cloud / PSS, including case management, digital channels, and knowledge base configuration
• Design and implement API integrations with third-party systems and internal tools, managing authentication, data mapping, and optimizing performance
• Participate actively in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups
• Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and support materials
• Apply creative problem-solving and innovative thinking to develop scalable technical solutions aligned with business goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically in Service Cloud / PSS implementations
• Proficiency in Salesforce OmniStudio components (FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts)
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
• Experience in Salesforce Platform API development and integration
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and modern DevOps practices
• Proven ability to decompose complex business needs into manageable technical components
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, innovative, and analytical mindset
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate within cross-functional teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II, OmniStudio Developer, and Service Cloud Consultant
• Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, or OutSystems
• Experience with mobile-responsive Salesforce apps and Salesforce mobile publisher features
• Experience with third-party system integration (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi) is a plus
