Job Description:

Key Technical Skills:

• Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices)

• Hibernate

• SQL (Query Writing, Performance Tuning & Optimization)

• Kafka (Messaging & Transactions)

• Exception Handling & API Security (Authentication/Authorization)

Platform & Tools:

• Splunk / Kibana / Log Monitoring

• Jenkins

• OpenShift / Kubernetes (Basic to Intermediate)

• MariaDB or any RDBMS

Functional Knowledge:

• Experience with Core Banking applications

• Understanding of transaction processing and mission-critical applications

• Basic knowledge of Savings/Current Account interest calculations

Additional Skills:

• Understanding of ACID properties

• Knowledge of Vertical & Horizontal Scalability

• Experience designing/debugging distributed systems

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Candidate Profile:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, SQL, debugging, and troubleshooting

• Experience in L2/L3 Production Support

• Ability to manage critical banking applications and handle P1 incidents
