Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in software development and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies. You will play a key role in building and launching products rapidly and incrementally to meet business goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, data science, sales, and finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Code Development and Maintenance: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Ensure the code is simple, well-tested, and easy to extend.
• Rapid Product Development: Build and launch products quickly and incrementally, ensuring high quality and meeting deadlines.
• Database Management: Utilize modern database and storage technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and Oracle to manage data effectively.
• Communication and Documentation: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Write and present technical documentation clearly and concisely.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Educational Background: BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Software Development Experience: 1 year of proficiency in software development, with knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Java/Golang (preferred), Kotlin, PHP, Python, Scala, C#.
• Database Knowledge: Good working knowledge of modern database and storage technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and Oracle.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate, write, and present effectively.
