Software Test Analyst (good expousre good pay!)

About the Role

We're looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performanceof our full stack web applications. You'll design and execute test strategies across both frontend and backend systems, working closely with developers to catch issues early and maintain a high bar for product quality.

Key Responsibilities

•    Design, write, andexecute manual and automated test cases for frontend and backend systems

•    Develop and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end)

•    Perform API testing and validate backend business logic and data integrity

•    Test UI functionality, responsiveness, and cross-browser /cross-device compatibility

•    Identify, document, andtrack bugs through to resolution

•    Collaborate with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria

•    Participate in code reviews and sprint planning from a quality perspective

•    Perform regression,performance, and load testing as needed

•    Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and test coverage

Required Skills & Qualifications

•    3+ years of experience in QA /software testing for full stack applications

•    Experience with automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Jest, or similar)

•    Solid understanding of API testing tools (Postman, REST-assured, or similar)

•    Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend concepts (APIs, databases)

•    Experience with bugtracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)

•    Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests

•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

•    Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

•    Experience with performance/ load testing tools (JMeter, k6)

•    Basic scripting /programming skills (JavaScript, Python)

•    Familiarity with SQL forbackend /database validation

•   Experience working in Agile /Scrum environments
