Solution Architect (Data & Gen AI)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Data, AI & Generative AI to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms, modern data architectures, and AI technologies, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Architect data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern analytics solutions.
• Design Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and MLOps practices.
• Develop secure, scalable cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or AWS.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, governance, security, and Singapore Government GCC requirements where applicable.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a Solution Architect role.
• Proven experience designing enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, and cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT, data modeling, data governance, and real-time data streaming.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric, Azure (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI) and/or AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift, SageMaker, Bedrock).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, CI/CD, and MLflow.
