Job Description - Solution Designer - Telecom CRM and POS

We are currently seeking suitable candidates for theposition of Solution Designer to support our Telecom CRM and POS project.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

•Minimum 3 years’ experience in evaluating business problemsand developing solution designs for the CRM and POS areas

•Strong ability to collaborate effectively with businessstakeholders, vendors, and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment acrossbusiness, technology, and partner organizations.

•Excellent stakeholder management, communication, andpresentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate solution options,risks, dependencies, delivery status, and business impacts.

•Solid understanding of CRM and POS application ecosystems,including customer lifecycle management, sales processes, order management, andretail operations.

•Proven experience in solution design and architecture,translating business requirements into scalable, resilient, secure, andmaintainable CRM and POS solutions.

•Experience integrating CRM and POS platforms withdownstream systems such as billing, finance, receivables, inventory, andcustomer engagement platforms.

•Developing the requirements traceability matrix based onthe business requirements showing that all requirements are either covered orexplicitly rejected

•Hands-on technical expertise in enterprise applications,including system configuration, production support, troubleshooting, systemsintegration, batch processing, data migration, and data analysis.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with theability to conduct impact assessments, identify dependencies, and recommendoptimal solution approaches.

•Ability to lead solution workshops, drive technicaldiscussions, and manage end-to-end solution delivery across multiplecross-functional teams and vendors.

•Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives,ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, operationalrequirements, and business objectives.

•Support of production Incidents through root cause analysisto identify if the production issues were as a result of a design defect.

Preferred Skills:

•Experience with China vendor BSS products, particularly incharging and billing domains.

•Experience in telecom billing and BSS environments,including consumer billing, billing cycles, rating and charging, andhigh-volume batch processing.

•Familiarity with system integration patterns, API-basedarchitectures, and enterprise application ecosystems.
