Solution Engineer

Job Descriptions :

· Strategic Direction and Vision: Define and drive the technical direction and architectural vision for AI/ML/Generative AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation efforts. Translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies, while identifying and addressing potential roadblocks or misaligned initiatives.

· Architectural Design and Technology Selection: Architect robust AI Engineering frameworks to support the deployment, evaluation, and management of ML models and Generative AI solutions. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, considering factors such as scalability, interoperability, and alignment with industry best practices. Contribute to the development of MLOps and LLMOps practices, focusing on optimizing operational capabilities and infrastructure for machine learning workflows.

· Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects, and Business stakeholders to pilot use cases and refine architectural designs. Gather input from stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet current and future business needs, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

· Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement: Lead the agile execution of AI-powered applications, driving continuous improvement through iterative development and feedback loops. Conduct regular audits of AI tools and practices, identifying opportunities for optimization and refinement to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Champion the standardization of CI/CD pipelines and deployment methodologies, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements.

· Risk Management and Ethical Considerations: Partner with security and risk management teams to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI implementations. Ensure ethical considerations are integrated into AI development processes, fostering a culture of responsible AI innovation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Product Strategy and Business Understanding: Collaborate with AI product managers and business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of market needs and opportunities. Provide expertise on the potential and limitations of AI technologies, helping to shape product strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth and differentiation.

· Research and Development: Conduct research to identify and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and methodologies, assessing their applicability to real-world challenges. Make data-driven trade-offs between quality, scalability, performance, and cost to inform technical decision-making and drive innovation.

· Tool Development and Data Management: Design and develop tools and capabilities to streamline data ingestion, feature engineering, and data management processes, enhancing overall productivity and efficiency. Implement and maintain scalable distributed computing solutions for data processing and model training, ensuring the security and reliability of machine learning infrastructure.

Candidate Requirement :

· Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. 6+ years of experience in a leadership role in AI/ML environments. Strong expertise in architecting and designing AI solutions, with a focus on scalability and performance. Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to travel as needed based on project requirements.

· Preferred Qualifications:

· Advanced degrees such as Masters or PhD. Certifications in AI/ML technologies and Cloud platforms. Extensive experience in Data Science, Statistics, and Machine Learning. Deep knowledge of Generative AI/LLMs and experience in productionizing AI solutions. Proficiency in cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
