Specialist, Field IT Support

What you will do:

In this role, you will assist in monitoring, analyzing, testing and ensuring operations of an organization's IT infrastructure, implementation, and systems. Proactively identifying and resolving first level technical issues, optimizing system performance, and contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations. Works with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT services are delivered in alignment with business objectives, quality standards and not limited to:

• End user IT support
• Installing, troubleshooting, and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers.
• Maintain IT Inventory system (CMDB) according to the SOP and ensure 95% accuracy during ad hoc PC Inventory audit.
• Ensure PC refresh according to JCI PC refresh cycle
• Responding to IT incident, services request, and Vulnerability ticket on time. Meet KPIs set by the IT leadership.
• New hire Day 1 onboarding IT briefing. Conduct IT briefing and training to user whenever required.
• Perform security controls and follow global policies and local guidelines.
• Work closely with other global IT functions team such as network, EUC, Wintel, application, IT security for any IT project initiative or troubleshooting.
• Provide IT support for any Internal company event.
• Travel between office may require
• Plan and track IT budget, ensure submit IT invoice for payment on time to avoid late payment.

What we look for:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
• Experience in customer support in technical aspect is an advantage.
• Good communications skill of spoken and written English
• Self-motivated and self-starter.
• Off office hours support may require upon request
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Open for fresh graduates
