Sr. Project manager - Telecom BSS/OSS

Candidates with experience in running BSS/OSS Projects preferred

Resource Specifications:

•Responsible for end-to-end project management to ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to budget.

•Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clearly defined milestones, tasks, resources, and deliverables.

•Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and manage interdependencies.

•Ensure alignment across technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

•Establish and maintain a robust program governance structure, including reporting cadence and decision-making forums.

•Drive disciplined execution through structured planning, progress tracking, and milestone management.

•Demonstrated strong knowledge of project management methodologies, with PMP certification preferred.

•Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in delivery and project management roles, preferably within large-scale projects.

•Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities.

•Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.

•Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.
