System Administrator (Windows & Linux)

Are you a hands-on Infrastructure professional who enjoys owning systems, solving complex technical challenges, and working with cutting-edge technology?

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and support a mission-critical IT environment. This role combines Windows & Linux administration, infrastructure management, and vendor coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical ownership and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux/Unix environments.
• Manage servers, virtualization platforms, networks, firewalls, and storage infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, security, availability, and capacity.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure-related issues.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Coordinate and manage external vendors across:Data Centre ServicesCloud InfrastructureNetwork & Connectivity ProvidersInfrastructure & Cabling Services
• Provide desktop and end-user support when required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of System Administration or Infrastructure Support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience managing servers, networks, virtualization, and security infrastructure.
• Proven vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to Have

• VMware or virtualization experience.
• Database Administration exposure.
• Microsoft, Linux, VMware, or networking certifications.
• Experience in financial services or investment environments.
