System Analyst (1 Year Contract)

About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of document solutions and digital imaging services, specializing in secure document management, archiving, and workflow processing. We are seeking a System Analyst to help clients transform their business operations. You will engage with customers to capture system requirements, write technical proposals and Statements of Work (SOW), and design, build, and deploy end-to-end software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Consulting: Meet directly with clients, conduct user interviews/workshops, and translate business pain points into technical system requirements.
• Solution Architecture & Proposals: Design solutions and write technical SOWs and proposals for potential clients.
• Full-Stack Development: Design, code, test, and deploy applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Azure microservices.
• Database & Integration Work: Build and maintain code integrating relational databases (SQL) and non- relational databases (MongoDB).
• Maintenance & SLA Support: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bug tickets/customer queries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• System Operations: Manage version control, code documentation, and application delivery pipelines through the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Relationship Management & Mentorship: Maintain trusted client relationships and assist with on-the job training for team members over time.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Working knowledge of C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Understanding of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of SQL and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and at least one framework (AngularJS, React, Next.js, or Flutter).
• Strong English written and verbal skills; ability to lead client meetings and present technical solutions clearly.
• Analytical mindset for debugging software issues and providing customer-facing technical support.
